Alyssia Burton is on a mission to help realtors reach their full potential and build businesses they’re proud of. After earning her Business Management degree from Central Christian College of Kansas, she moved to Austin, Texas, where her love for real estate took off. She started at Realtor.com as an Inside Sales Associate and quickly advanced to the sales and agent success teams, helping agents turn online leads into real results.

After her time at Realtor.com, Alyssia worked as a Transaction Manager for two of Austin’s top-producing teams, closing over 600 transactions. She discovered a passion for the fast-paced, detail-driven side of the business and saw firsthand how much agents needed someone they could rely on. That’s when Easy A Transactions was born, built on her love of systems, structure, and smooth closings.

Alyssia is known for being highly organized, quick on her feet, and a total task-killer. She spots issues early, stays solutions-focused, and brings a can-do approach to transactions. Her agents know they can count on her to keep things on track, stay ahead, and be someone who has their best interests at heart.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find her playing UNO or Mario Kart, spending time with her two pups Tito and Churro, riding roller coasters, or relaxing at her family’s ranch in Nebraska. She believes success starts with balance. Faith, family, friends, and fun are the foundation of both a fulfilling life and a successful business.

Alpha is a true hidden gem on the Easy A team. She’s naturally tech savvy, process oriented, and always thinking one step ahead. With a background in engineering and business, she has a strong ability to build systems that actually work. As a Transaction Coordinator for nearly six years, supporting agents in both Florida and Washington, Alpha brings real world experience and a thoughtful, systems driven approach to every transaction. She’s especially skilled at refining workflows, staying on top of compliance, and keeping communication clear and consistent.

Alpha plays a key role in building out the technology and systems that keep Easy A running smoothly behind the scenes. From improving workflows to creating more efficient processes, she’s always finding ways to make things simpler, smarter, and more streamlined. Her attention to detail and steady focus make her an invaluable part of the team.

In June 2025, Alpha stepped into a new chapter as a first time mom, welcoming her sweet baby girl into the world. It’s been a joyful season filled with love (and a little less sleep). Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, getting lost in a good book, and staying up to date with the latest in tech.
