Alyssia Burton is on a mission to help realtors reach their full potential and build businesses they’re proud of. After earning her Business Management degree from Central Christian College of Kansas, she moved to Austin, Texas, where her love for real estate took off. She started at Realtor.com as an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) and quickly moved up to the sales and agent success teams, where she helped agents turn online leads into real results.

Over the past five years, Alyssia has worked as a Transaction Manager for two of Austin’s top-producing teams, closing over 600 transactions. Along the way, she realized how much she loved the fast-paced, detail-heavy side of the business and how much agents needed someone they could truly count on. That’s when Easy A Transactions was born, inspired by her love of systems, structure, and smooth closings.

Alyssia is known for being organized to the core, fast on her feet, and a total task-killer. She catches problems before they happen and always shows up with a calm, can-do attitude. Her agents know she’s in their corner, cheering them on and getting things done.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find her playing UNO or Mario Kart, hanging with her two pups Tito and Churro, riding roller coasters, or relaxing at her family’s ranch in Nebraska. She believes success starts with balance. Faith, family, friends, and fun are the secret ingredients to both a good life and a great business.

Alpha is a true hidden gem on the Easy A team! She’s naturally tech savvy, process oriented, and always thinking one step ahead. With a background in engineering and business, she just gets how to build systems that work. As a TC for nearly six years, supporting agents in both Florida and Washington, Alpha brings real-world experience and a thoughtful, systems driven approach to every transaction. She’s great at tightening up workflows, staying on top of compliance, and keeping communication fast and clear.

She’s brought a fresh creative spark to the Easy A team, helping build out the marketing department. Whether she’s designing graphics or coming up with new content ideas, Alpha is always thinking of ways to highlight our agents, their amazing listings, and all the hard work they put in. With her creativity, precision, and calm focus, she’s ready to help the Easy A fam elevate our services and strengthen our impact.

In June 2025, Alpha stepped into a whole new role by becoming a mom for the first time and welcoming her sweet baby girl into the world. It’s been a joyful, life changing chapter filled with love (and a little less sleep!). Outside of work, she loves exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, getting lost in a good book, or staying up to date with the latest in tech.
