Yes! We will make sure everything is approved through compliance.

4. How do I pay for your services? 

Our fee is typically paid at closing. We send an invoice directly to the title company, allowing them to deduct our fee from the closing costs or the agent’s commission, as agreed. If these payment methods don’t work for you, we also offer other flexible options.
